This website, joinfuture.ai, together with our booking platform HiSalon (hisalon.ai), is owned and operated by JOIN FUTURE SOLUTIONS W.L.L. All payments processed through our platforms are collected by JOIN FUTURE SOLUTIONS W.L.L. as the merchant of record.
02What we do
HiSalon is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that lets customers discover, book and pay for salon and beauty services online. Through HiSalon, a customer selects a service, chooses an available appointment time, and pays securely for the booking. The service is then delivered at the scheduled appointment.
Because our products are digital services, there is no physical shipping of goods. "Delivery" means the electronic confirmation of a paid booking and the rendering of the booked service at its scheduled time. See our Delivery & Service Confirmation policy for details.
